Juncä is an old town located south of the Tunisian city of Mahres, steeped in the Mediterranean tradition of olive cultivation and manual harvest, producing an exceptional extra virgin olive oil called “Chemlali.” The olives are cold-pressed within hours of harvest to preserve their freshness and natural aroma, transforming any dish into a true Mediterranean culinary journey.
